1992 Mercedes Benz 300SD Turbo Diesel W140 Sedan

This was my father's car and I've been maintaining it for the past 4 years since he past away. The car is in good condition but please keep in mind that it is a 23 year old car. The vacuum air assistmechanismneeds to be serviced (small leak that i haven't fixedyet) paint looks good, here's a small scratch on the rear trunk and a small (barely noticeable) ding on the door. Also, here is a small hairline crack in the windshield where the inspection sticker goes. I think the state of NJ did it when I went for an inspection and was told I do not need one anymore as these cars are exempt from state inspections and had them remove the sticker for me. I've upgraded the car with 19" AMG Monoblock OEM wheels, Sony radio, inted windows and Eibach springs. I've also performed the maintenance further down. Unfortunately I don't drive this car enough and diesel's need to run which is whyI'vedecided to sell itThe car currently has 166xxx miles on it and will slowly increase as I try to take this car out on the weekends. I'm not in a rush to sell so do not bother contacting me with your low ball offers. The AMG wheels alone sell for over $1000 and that's for the 18in model. Please do not email me asking for about the wheels. I will only sell them should the buyer of the vehicle choose to purchase the car with the OEM wheels.

I will consider shipping HOWEVER all arrangements and fees will be assumed by the buyer.

I recently had a local mechanic look at the car as he was interested in purchasing it. He said the car is in great shape especially for its age. Unfortunately he did not purchase it because he decided to go with something else.

NOTES - FYI I've spent about $500 on OEM parts in the past month.

1. Car Fax shows three vehicle owners but it's really two. My father purchased the car from the original owner (registered at 11/19/2004 with 135,397 miles) and before he passed we switched the title over to my mother (9/30/2011 with 164,963 miles). At 166,111 I took ownership and registered it under my name.

2. Seals, askets, lugs, tc. All parts were replaced with genuine Mercedes Benz parts which were purchased from my local MB dealership and online from MB of South Atlanta. Here's a small description of the work performed:

• Remove intake manifold, harge pipe, onnectors, gr valve & egr valve connector.
  
• Removed all carbon buildup (this was causing the EGR valve to not work).
  
• Replaced the air filter, ntake manifold gasket, alve cover gasket, alve cover breather hose pipe and seal, ntake charge pipe gasket, GR gasket, GR pipe seals and oil cap seal.
  
• Replaced pre glow relay
  
• Replaced all six glow plugs with OEM replacements (Bosch)
