2010 Mercedes Sprinter 12 Passenger Van, 1 Owner, Private Use, Diesel, NICE

2010 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2500 Hi-Roof 12 Passenger Van. My wife and I purchased this van brand new in October 2011 from Plaza Mercedes in St. Louis. MO. It is a 2010 year model but was not sold till almost the end of 2011. We have used this vehicle as a family daily driver for my wife and our children. Most of the miles are highway miles as we live 20 miles from town. All of the regular scheduled maintenance and service has been performed by the Sprinter dealer in Memphis. TN with only a couple oil changes I did myself being the exception. Van has never been wrecked or even in a fender bender. My wife is an excellent driver and easy on a vehicle. Van still has original brake pads / rotors and they are still nearly new. We just had the van professionally detailed. The stickers on the rear glass will be removed before you take possession. They are simple vinyl decals and won't leave a mark. We are selling because we upgraded to a 15 passenger van to accommodate our growing family of older children. My wife is heartbroken we are selling her Sprinter. She absolutely loves it. It is the most stable large vehicle we have ever owned on the highway. You'd have to drive it in a ditch to turn it over. It handles excellent. Runs down the road straight and has the feel of a very very well built vehicle with excellent engineering. Gets around the city easily as well for a large passenger vehicle. We have a small payoff at our bank on the vehicle. The buyer is welcome to make payment jointly to our bank and ourselves. We guarantee a clear title but the title will have to be released from our bank once the balance on our loan is paid off as is customary. This van is loaded out with all of the options available on the 2010 models as well as some aftermarket upgrades we have done. Van just rolled over 100. 00 miles and the V6 diesel runs perfectly. We averaged over 20 mpg on the highway up to 23-24 mpg and around 16-18 mpg when running around town. short trips etc. Automatic transmission works great. Interior has the leatherette seating. vinyl flooring. Rear seats are all easily removed to add more cargo space. Unit has the factory upgraded CD disc changer radio. Van also has a professionally installed rear DVD player. This DVD player uses wireless headphones. I think we have 1 or 2 pairs in good condition left. They are available on Amazon for about $30-$35 per pair. Works great. We are non-smokers and don't have any indoor or car riding pets. Our van has the rear air system from the factory. It will freeze you out even on the hottest of days. It also has the rear auxillary heater as well for a quick warm up. Unit has the front defrost windshield and rear defrost back glass. The rear doors swing all the way around to the side of the vehicle for easy loading unloading. tons of cargo room even with all the seats in. The tires are a matched set of Michelin MS2's. 10 ply radials. they have about 50% tread remaining and are in excellent condition. I paid $300 per tire for these new. The windshield has a few rock chips in it that we have had filled/repaired but no breaks or cracks. Body is in very good condition with absolutely no rust. These vans are completely undercoated with a rubberized compound from the factory to prevent rust. If you looking for it you can probably find some very minor imperfections such as a few scratches or rock chips in the paint consistent with the age and miles of the vehicle. It is not perfect but it is still in great shape. Van has the rear step bumper as well as a 10K capacity rear receiver hitch and a RV style light plug. Van also has a brake controller in it as well. We never pulled a trailer much with it and when we did it was a small utility trailer. Mostly used the receiver hitch to carry a cargo carrier. Lots of other options that I can't think of right now like upgraded alloy wheels. overhead front storage. park assist. power windows. power mirrors. power door locks and keyless entry. I know we have two keys/fobs for this van and may have a third. Still have the original owners manual etc. Unit has 3100 miles left till next oil change.
