2002 Mercedes-Benz E320 Wagon. This car runs and drives; however, ill require a transmission service as it is in "limp mode" and will not shift past second gear. Aside from this, his E320 has a crack in the windshield and several of the tires are not holding air. There is some rust on the body as can be noted in the pictures included in the listing. Overall, his would make a good dependable car after the repairs above have been made.

Terms of Sale

I am a private seller and as is true for any previously used vehicle, his car is not perfect and any potential buyer should not expect such. There will be multiple items on this vehicle that show age, se, ear, nd may require repair or replacement. Please refer to the complete listing above and remember your eBay obligations. By bidding and winning this auction, ou are agreeing to purchase the vehicle described above.

Deposit

A two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) nonrefundable deposit is due within twenty four (24) hours of the auction close by credit/debit card or bank account through Paypal to secure the transaction.

Remainder Due

I am happy to store the vehicle for up to thirty (30) days; however, he remaining balance must be paid within seven (7) days following the close of the auction via bank transfer, ashier’s check, r cash.Neither the car nor the title will be released until all funds have cleared my bank.A signed and notarized Bill of Sale will be provided to the purchaser immediately after his/her funds have cleared my bank, long with the title once it is prepared by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
