If you have always wanted a 560SL, hen this is the one for you. I spent a king’s handsome rebuilding this car so that it drives and handles like new. It is in outstanding shape and has been garaged its entire life.

I bought the car on EBAY in 2005 when it had 119,000, nd I’ve only put 15,000 miles on the car in 11 years. At the time I purchased it the previous owner had just spent $4500 on engine repairs. Since then I’ve put another $12,000 into the car since then including $9000 spent in the past year to rebuild the engine, uspension and drive train. It handles and drives like a dream. If you buy another 560 SL on ebay instead of this one then plan on spending another $5-10K on repairs, ecause all of the repairs below are items that should have been done on a car of this vintage, nd they should have been done recently or you will be calling for a tow truck and you will be mad as hell. These parts are all items that wear out on a car that is 27 years old. I've gone to the nth degree to ensure this puppy is tip top, nd if I wasn't moving I would keep this car and drive the money I spent out of it. I love this car. Its a classic. White/Grey with a Navy Soft Top. Perfect color combination. If you want a red 560, 'd recommend a corvette, r other phallic muscle car as you would be missing the point of the subtle and stylish look of this iconic vehicle.

Blemishes

The back corner of the drivers seat shows some wear, hich can be repaired. There is some fading/blemishes on the paint near the soft top storage compartment, ut not bad.

Additional Goodies

• I have also built a hoist for the hard top so you can remove it without the aid of anyone. I recommend suspending the top so its out of the way. The hoist comes free with the car and I can walk you through its safe mounting to your garage roof joists.
• I am including 2 service manuals that are very rare and detailed. Much better then anything you can buy on a DVD. These are the ones the actual Mercedes mechanics were issued at the dealership and are essential to understand how everything assembles on the car, ncluding wiring, uspension, eats, ou name it.
