Mercedes 380 SL upgraded to 560 mercedes motor 1982

1982 Mercedes 380 SL with upgraded 560 mercedes motor with approx 40K miles on it. Paint is 95 percent original, o rust on body or undercarriage. Still has factory undercoating. Car was originally from Arizona. Few minor parking lot dings. Upgraded mercedes aluminum rims in fair condition, ome clear coat coming off, ut no curb rash. Tires are decent. Chrome is in fair condition, ew scratches and dings, ut good overall condition. Interior is very good, o tears. There are two small cracks around the defroster vents, ery fine, verall dash is in great condition. Console is drying out as shown in photo. Hardtop is in excellent condition, as the original convertible top but there are two small slices in it and should be replaced. All original dealer manuals and paperwork. Original spare, ever used. Everything works, ut needs charge on a/c.I see that it shows up with a mileageinconsistency, ut there's nothingwrong with mileage. RUNS GREAT. One of these recently sold at Barrett Jackson for 12K+
