280sl SL 1982 Mercedes European euro NO RESERVE Collectible Convertible 450sl

Hello, ou are viewing my NO RESERVE 1982 280sl Mercedes (European model), ith 83,146 miles. Euro Bumpers, .8 inline six!

This car has been garaged most of its life and it shows!

This Mercedes is in WONDERFUL, ery original condition, hat is well maintained.

Blue paint is in excellent with a great shine, here are a couple of chips and dings(nothing major).

I do not see any visible rust (very straight and solid, op and bottom).

Very clean underside with solid floors.

The interior is in excellent condition. The leather seats are in great/original condition, o rips or tears(nice patina). Dash is great. The wood (some slight cracking), oor panels, eadliner,carpet and sun-visors (one broken clip) are also in great original condition..

Mechanically the car is EXCELLENT!!!!!!! Runs (2.8 inline Euro sixcylinder), rives and shifts perfect (automatic transmission). No smoke, dles smooth and starts fast every time. The only thing that does not work at times is the radio.

I personally think that the euro 2.8 liter engine is one of the best, nd most fun high revving, ong lasting motors that MB has produced(I also own a euro 5.0 and a 3.5 v8 that I am comparing it to)

Everything works as it should. The heat blows hot and the air conditioner(needs charge). The bundt wheels are in good condition, heMichelintires are matching and have plenty tread (they are old and are very dry).This MB drives very smooth and straight at a 100mph. I would not hesitate to drive this car on a 2000 mile road trip.

Thesoft topis in very good condition (does have some small wear marks that has been patched on the inside, indow is clear(very usable condition) and hardtop is in great condition.

This 280sl is in above average condition that is very dependable and well maintained.

The car is sold in “As Is Condition”.
