C55 AMG, needs TLC to make right, Runs & Drives

Selling my C55 AMG
Always wanted one of these but the time has come to sell it.
Only about 4000 were made in over 2 years, only about 1800 made it to the US.
It drives good, and the power is awesome.
Its silver with the light gray interior.

I babied the car the time I had it. Proper maintenance, and everything.

Averages about 17.5 mpg according to the trip computer over the last year.
Fun to drive.
Now the bad:
so everything has been fine, but just recently on the way home, a big rig picked up some road debris and hit the front of the car, not major damage but you can tell.Affected areas are hood, headlight, bumper, windshield.Most people wont tell unless you point it out. Damage sounds worse than it is.There are NO dents on the body.Items that need to be repainted are the hood and bumper only to make it look the way it is supposed to. The windshields should be replaced too.
I was driving it like that but then the AC went out, then the Alternator went out. Read on the forums that sometimes one takes out the other and this may have happend here.
Really the best way to fix it is to do all 3 at the same time, since the same components have to be removed to replace. I just don't have the time or space to do it myself.
Car runs and drives if battery is charged prior, but range is limited do the alternator.
I rather have someone get a deal and fixit themselves.
I need the space now since I have already bought my next car and it should be here in a week or so.
