SHIPPING & DELIVERY: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company at a competitive price. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
GSA will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 72 hours of bid closing sendto Seller a Deposit in the amount of $1000.00. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production,, vehicle relisting fees and lost dealership productivity. BALANCE to be paid within7 days of the close of theauction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
GSA accepts PayPal for deposit only. Balance must be in the form of Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order or Bank Financing.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Utah. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Utah for the mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only a Utah court can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
