Description

For sale, my 1997 SL500 with the desirable removable all glass panoramic roof. It has 77,054 miles and has been well kept. I'm the third owner and have had it for 4 years and it's never seen snow or rain and has been garaged kept. Non-smoker car. Everything works and it's well maintained. The convertible roof is like new with a clear scratch free back window. The car has the xenon self-leveling headlights (no little wipers) and heated seats. I've added AMG wheels. I have the original wheels and tires, with 80% of the tread still on them and they are included in the sale if you want them. The tires on the car also have 80% of the tread.

Beautiful car, quiet, fast and just feels right to drive. I love the panoramic roof as it lets in a lot of light and extends the driving season when the weather gets colder. The roof also has a built in sunshade.

This car is adult owned and has never been abused and has been carefully maintained.

Paint is metallic black and really shines. There are a few stone chips in the front of the car and light scratching on the front plastic bumper. The black leather seats are in great condition, though the driver's seat has some of the normal rub wear on the left side bolster from getting into and out of the car. The car had a minor front fender accident in 2003, it was fixed properly and the original owner kept the car for 4 years after the accident.

If you want a cool looking and comfortable convertible this is the car for you!

I've pampered this car to keep it in great condition and it's an awesome car that I'm going to regret selling, but it's time to move on.
