2010 Mercedes GL450, Xenon, LED, Appearance package but rear damage

You are looking at a Mercedes GL450 with 87600 miles, in great driving condition but cosmetic imperfection.
I bought the vehicle about 6 month ago, which was listed as a rebuild and was completely rebuild and state inspected. When I got the car, I had it thoroughly inspected, got service done, bought new floor mats, new rims and tires, replaced some chrome parts and had all malfunctions corrected. I literally spend some thousand dollars to get it to be a perfect driver for my wife.
Unfortunately a month ago before heading out for a weekend trip, we got rear ended by a lady being at a red traffic light. The damage is mainly to the lift gate and rear bumper and it would require both to be exchanged, painted and re-assembled.No airbags deployed and not even the active headrests came on. But the right passenger seat has an occupancy sensor, which is very sensible and currently shows in the display. This sensor would need to be replaced as well. Other than that, the taillights have no scratch and work perfectly, the tailgate still works properly up and down, the license plate lights still work, the rear windwshield wiper works . . . so that I believe, it would be a great deal for somebody able to do such repairs and eager to buy and drive a great car.
The vehicle is equipped with Xenon headlights, LED day-light driving lights, key-less go, automatic, sunroof, black leather seating, heated seats, wood / leather steering wheel, power lift gate, navigation system, rear entertainment system for the kids, three seat rows with powered up/down folding 3rd seat row, ESP, ABS, automated windshield wiper, automated headlights, cruise control, running boards, AMG appearance package and 20 inch AMG style wheels with new tires.
Due to the rear damage I will let the car go for much less than KBB.
