Deposit: A $500 deposit is required within 48 hours of auction end. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being relisted, sold to the next-highest bidder, or otherwise sold.

Payment: The purchase transaction must be completed and the balance due paid within 7 days of auction end. If you require financing, please arrange it before bidding.

Pickup and shipping: The buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of the vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using the service of your choice, we will gladly cooperate.

Fees and taxes: Georgia buyers will be charged state and local taxes and applicable title and registration fees which are not included in the final auction price. Please adjust your bidding accordingly. Out of state buyer are not charged these fees and are responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.

In order to protect the integrity of this auction, customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Winning bidder must contact the dealership and pay the required deposit within 48 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
