Arguably one of thefinest sedans ever built, the W126 inspired a host of copycats but none have stood the test of time like the original. If you've ever dreamed of owning the best european touring sedan, this is your chance. This car waspurchased new at Boulevard Motors in St. Louis; theoriginal owner traded his 600 in on this special order. It was drivensparingly around town and often by the chauffeur for it's first 13 year,accumulating just over 50,000 miles when I purchased it in 1999 from the estate. For six years this was my daily driver and I put another 85,000 miles on it, and for the last ten years the car has been used for special occasions and Sunday drives. This car has always been garaged and the original paint and body work is in excellent condition. Theoriginal leather andburl wood trim shows just the right amount of patina with norips or cracks. The carpet is in excellent condition, though there is some coffee stain under the drivers seat and a bit into the rear passenger well; this is notnoticeable as thefloor mats cover the affected area. The wheels could use apolish and there are a couple of small nicks on the bumpers. The AC blows cold and the heat blows hot.
This car comes with all the originalmanuals and complete service records back to 1999.
