1981 MERCEDES BENZ 500 SLC

1981 MERCEDES 500SLC FOR SALEI am assuming that anyone looking at this web site is familiar with the 500SLC. Very few made and near extinction now. It is estimated that there are fewer than 20 1981 500SLC in roadworthy condition in the world today. maybe less. 117-960-12 002826 has always lived in an arid or semi arid world all it's life. It was delivered to Saudi Arabia by Mercedes in 1981 then 2-3 years later brought to Southern California and has never been out of So Cal since. I have owned this gem for over 30 years. always garaged and driven sparingly. I don't believe it's has been in the rain more than 10 times in it's entire life. About 25 years ago I painted it to it's original color and is flawless today. The velour interior was changed to leather. Everything works including original Becker radio and still maintains it's breathtaking acceleration it was famous for. The map pocket on the passenger side is missing along with the spoiler but they are easily replaced. Any questions or request for more photo's please feel free to ask.
