1940 Mercury Eight - Hot Rod - Barn Find - Project - V8 - Restoration - Show Car

This beautiful 1940 Mercury Eight was an icon of it's time. Over $20k has been spent in restoration to get it to the point it is at now. It was a full frame-off restoration with all new bushings. seals. gaskets. brake hardware and a brand new rebuilt flathead engine with performance parts. I was unable to take pictures of the underside of the chassis. but it looks just as good as the exterior of the vehicle. This sale includes just about every part needed to complete the restoration. The parts that will be needed that are not included are a fuel tank. wiring harness. rear door windows. tires. upholstery and one side of the windshield. Original documentation. photos and some receipts are included. We are selling this vehicle because we don't have time to finish it. This would make a great project for someone looking to restore a vehicle that doesn't have a lot of experience or is looking for an easy build because all of the hard and expensive stuff has already been taken care of.
