1963 Mercury Comet custom sedan gasser rat rod jalopy old drag car V8 motor

1963 Mercury Comet,2 door,car is complete,has not run in over 20 years, was told when I bought it,car was raced on weekends years ago,was original 6 cylinder car,was changed over to V8 automatic and a 5 lug bigger rear with traction bars,front and rear frame rails and inner fenders seem solid,trunk floor and floor pans were patched with tin and fiberglass need to be redone,CAR NOT RUNNING NEEDS TOTAL RESTORATION,needs to be towed,car rolls and steers fine,car is located in Westhamptonbeach Long Island New York zip code 11978,CAR SOLD WITH BILL OF SALE ONLY I DO NOT HAVE NO TITLE,New York state does not have titles for cars older then 1973,they are transfered with registration,Last Registration was lost years ago,I went to DMV and I have the Transferable forms filled out from last owner
