Enjoy that go kart feeling, with this fun little car!

This is a lemon law recall from California I bought a little over two years ago from a dealer in Alabama and have had absolutely no mechanical trouble with. I have all the documentation where it was repaired by the manufacturer. honestly I just think the original owner didn't know how to drive a manual transmission. Otherwise in really good shape. nothing beyond the normal "wear and tear" of small paint chips and scratches. There is also a broken speaker grill in the back seat. a significant scratch on one of the stripes on the hood (it does not appear to go into the paint. but I cannot say for sure). and an virtually invisible cigarette burn on the driver seat (I'm not a smoker so it doesn't smell anymore). I replaced the tires last November. with all season goodyears. non run flat. and purchased a spare tire at that time. Just had the oil changed at the dealership at the beginning of April. It is still under the existing manufacturers's warranty of 4 years/50. 00 miles. that will expire in December 2015. I do have the original white hood scoop. which I will include or install if you'd like. I have had all the scheduled maintenance done at the Mini dealership. This is a very sharp. fun little car. I wish I could keep it. If you have any questions feel free to ask and I will answer as quickly and to the best of my ability. If you buy it I would want at least a $250 down payment through paypal. the rest via cashier's or certified check upon pickup. I would be willing to drive it up to a couple of hundred miles to meet for pick up.
