This 2008 Mini Cooper SConvertible is a stunner.The outside is practically flawless. The previous owner had a clear-bra paint protector installed to protect for rock-chips. Thecarfax is clear, wo owners prior to me and I had the car only for a month (had to get an Automatic for personal reasons)The car rides super strong. Has new tires and 17 inch wheels. The car will be sold through a friend'sdealership. This is why you are getting the car at dealer-cost!! I am the owner and will be working with you to get the paperwork done, et Florida registrations will have to be done by the dealership. There is NO additional dealer fee. Transfer costs/ Registration costs and title fees are charged at cost! A temp tag can be arranged through the dealership as well.
Out of State buyers.If you have a car carrier pickup the car your sales tax will become due in your State upon registration. If you plan on picking up yourself please note that the auction price will be charged sales tax at 6% (State of Florida), hich in most States will be credited back to you at registration but please make sure that your State is one of the cooperating States where you actually receive credit. Folks, here is no way around that. Its the law.
Florida Buyers:If you are registering the car in the State ofFlorida the dealership will be arranging your title transfer, ag and registration. This is done at cost. Sales Tax is required to be collected by the dealership.
Dealer Buyers:If you are a cardealer you will need to send proof of the dealer license. The title will be made in the name of the dealership you assign as the buyer.

Payment is requested by wire transfer, ashier's check or cash. Payments need to clear before the car and/or title is released. Please pickup the car within one week. Will gladly work with your car carrier for transport. A deposit of $1,000 is expected within one day of the end of the auction. Balance due within 3 business days. If you ned financing please arrange for the financing PRIOR to bidding. To me this is a cash transaction. If you do not have your financing in place or money at hand please do not bid on this car!!!
