2009 Mini Cooper Clubman S Turbo - Ready to Go!

The only thing better than a new Mini Cooper is a USED Mini Cooper Clubman S. Some say 125,000 miles is a lot, but the truth is it is just getting started. Every typical issue has beenpreemptively maintained or properly repaired. Below I'll list some of the upgrades as well as all of the maintenance recently done as a project with my father. All of these items have been done within the last 12 months. I originally bought this and built it for short winter trips from Chattanooga/Atlanta to some of the closer snowboarding destinations and it worked great. The main reason I'm getting rid of it is that I'm looking into getting a boat for next Wake boarding season. Also, I don't have enough parking spots for an extra vehicle at my apartment.
Repairs (probably missing something)- Replaced timing chain, sprockets, guides, and bolts- Replaced valve cover and all gaskets- Replaced all rotors, pads, and sensors- Replaced all four tires with new Coopers- Replaced rear barn door electric latch- Replaced clutch- Replaced windshield wipers- Full tune up with filters, plugs, and fluid.- Freshly charged AC- New battery
Modifications/Additions- Replaced leaky turbo oil feed lines with performance version- Bed liner rolled the fenders for a rugged semi gloss finish (see pictures)- Detroit Tuned black out kit for the chrome window trim- Added Roof Rack with super bright curved LED bar (actually practical for late nights on the slopes)- Custom powder coated the 2-piece OEM wheels- Adorable bullet antenna and grenade valve stem caps- Sticker bombed wind deflector obviously- A good enough price will include the yakima snowboard racks too
What's left to do? (No deal breakers, just being honest)- exhaust leak near v-clamp between down-pipe and mid-pipe. Should just be a new clamp, but I'm being lazy. I'll update if I fix it, but i'm in selling mode now.- one of the bulbs is faulty and causing the little bulb light to be on on the dash.
