When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. You have already decided on the price you would like to pay for this vehicle based on the description, Autocheck link and pictures listed above.   • We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. We also reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, We shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.
  • Bidderwith only negative feedback orbid retractions will be blockedor rejected automatically,unless agreed before hand.
  • Biddermust be 18 years or older.
  • At the end of auction, high bidder must contact seller within 24 hoursto make arrangements for paymentand pick up of vehicle, and complete the transaction (full payment and paperwork) within 7 days of auctions end.
  • A $300deposit must be made within 24hours. If a deposit is not made within that time, DS Motors reserves the right to cancel the transaction. The deposit will be held by DS|MOTORS to cover multipleexpenses involved on deliveringa sold vehicle if thetransaction is not completedwithin the time agreed. If atdelivery the customer is notsatisfied and does not takedelivery of the vehicle, in thiscase, the dealership will bemore than satisfied to refundthe customer's deposit.
  • A $189 processing fee will be added tothe final bid price. This is tocover the cost of vehiclecleaning, phone calls, shippingand handling of paperwork andtitle, airport pickup, up to 20day storage, etc... Free airportpick-up at FT. LAUDERDALE INT.AIRPORT is offered. This fee is a non refundable fee.
  • You are welcome to come and pick thevehicle up as long as it iswithin 20 days. If more time isneeded, there will be a $35daily storage charge, unlessother arrangements are made.
  • If transaction is not completedwithin this time, the seller canapply for non- paying bidder andthe item can be relisted orsold to the next highest bidder.We will also report to creditagencies as this is a legalbinding contract, therefore, donot bid if you do not intend topay for the item.
  • Miles on vehicles are subject to change at any time, due to customer test drives and/or mechanical test drives.

EVEN IF WE SAY THE CAR IS EXTRA CLEAN, IT DOES NOT MEAN IT IS A BRAND NEW CAR. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE SELL THE NICEST CARS WE CAN POSSIBLY FIND, BUT THEY ARE USED.
  • We welcome a buyer’s inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. Third party inspection companies are not welcome. CARS PICKED UP IN PERSON WILL BE TEST DRIVEN, AND BUYER WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO GO OVER THE VEHICLE. IF ACCEPTED, CUSTOMER MUST LEAVE APPROPRIATE FEEDBACK AT DELIVERY.
  • Manufacturer’s warranties may still apply. Extended warrantiesare available, however, prices may vary.
  • Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. Florida residents are subject to applicable tax for their area. Also, for local bidders, all rules apply.
