I am a 46 year old executive. It's been carefully driven. My family and I have owned 4 other MINIs over the years. The paint is deep and glossy. The interior has barely got a mark or a scuff on it. The leather is great, the carpets are perfect -- they've never seen the light of day. I have EVERY single window sticker, MINI giveaway, original sales invoice and manual, like new, still in their boxes and envelopes. Even the branded USB memory stick and 3D glasses. Yes, I am a little fastidious!
No accidents ever, no modifications, everything factory original. 100% San Diego rust-free car.
Always garaged during the day, out of the sun. No smoking, no pets, no eating, no driving kids.
Full service history with MINI of San Diego. New battery, brake rotors etc.

IMPORTANT! MINI Class Action Lawsuits
I have had both the water pump and timing chain upgrades completed by MINI. There are two active lawsuits in the US on these issues with all 2006-2012 Mini Cooper models. If you are looking at another MINI Cooper or Cooper S that has not had these two costly engine rebuild upgrades performed, RUN AWAY, do not buy it. You don't need to buy mine, but please buy one that has had these expensive rebuilds done at a genuine MINI dealer. These must be completed or the engine could fatally overheat or throw a timing chain!
IMPERFECTIONS:
There is a small door ding on the left quarter panel (see photo).
There is a small, very hard-to-see ding on the roof from a palm frond (see photo)
The driver's side mirror rattles just a bit. Always has. You might be OK with that, but it bugs me.Some regular wear and tear, but far less than any similar one I've seen.
