I want to Tell you this is a solid car and we do not wish to part with but with our child car seat we need a sedan
Engine: 200 hp 3.0 L 24-valve SOHC Mitsubishi 6G72 engine (Complete tune up a year ago)
New plugs, ires
New radiator, oses and thermostat
Cleaned throttle body and mass air flow sensor
New battery
Transmission: 4-speed automatic +/- shift option Rebuilt Trany, eavy Torque converter, arger Valves heavy shifting pins, ll together the Transmission was built so that we could build up the engine (we never did then, ut that was the desire)
Color: Tampa Blue Pear
-Drilled and Slotted Rotors Metallic pads... AMAZING!
-HD High Beams and Projection LED Low beams (they are 10x better than the factory headlights but I should have put in HID Low beams
My wife Sarah Had bought the car in 2010ish with some cosmetic defects that never got taken care of we were married a year ago and lo and behold we found out that child car-seats do not fit ... This was tragic because we love the car it has served us well.
A few years ago the mechanic we went to was inspecting the car and the transmission gave out well he feeling partly at fault and knowing the trany's go at about 150,000 decided to go all out and do it right since we were planning on owning the car for a long time.
I had the transmission rebuilt by a private gentleman that used to work for Landis Transmission ...(Back when they were the best) He rebuilt the transmission buy my request and customized it beyond what the engine is capable of simply because I wanted to Put the turbo's on the car and build it up
here is what he did
He put in:
Heavy torque converter
Stronger shifting pins (a know attribute of this transmission)
Over-sized Valves
and a few other solenoid tweeks ...(nothing that cannot be done by any other mechanic)
