1987 Montero, Dodge Raider, Pajero with 66,934 original miles!

This is a 1987 Mitsubishi Montero with 66,934 original miles. It is accident-free, nd was never used for off-road. I am the second owner, nd purchased it in Pennsylvania and brought it back to Wisconsin. I used it as my daily driver, nd it has started every day, ven in the coldest Wisconsin winters! The four-wheel drive shifts in and out like it should, nd it goes through deep snow easily! It has automatic-locking hubs, nd they work as they should also. The automatic transmission shifts with no problems, nd the engine runs well with no knocks or weird noises.
All gauges, ights, orn, indshield wipers, oors, witches, ans, eat, adio, tc. work.
Floor-board is solid with no rust holes.
Most of this vehicle still has the original parts it came with, lus the original paint job and graphics.
Here are the issues with this vehicle:
This vehicle was made with no air-conditioning installed, hich wasn't a problem for a cooler climate. The heater works fantastic for cold weather though!!!
The front windshield had some chips, o I had it replaced. The other windows are fine, nd open and close with no problems.
The two rear tires are new, ut the two front tires are older, nd will need to be replaced in the near future.
The brakes work okay, ut the brake warning light has appeared on the dash, o the brakes need to be checked over.
I removed the muffler and tail pipe from the catalytic-converter back, ecause they started to go bad.
There is some rattling noise coming from the front-suspension whenever I drive over rough roads, o I suspect either ball-joints or the shocks went bad.
Some rust is appearing on the underneath/frame, nd needs to be removed.
A rust spot started to appear near the back door entry, ower left corner, hich I repaired.
These issues were not a big concern for me, s I was going to do a restoration on this Montero, nd was going to disassemble it anyways and replace what needed to be replaced. I am however, n the process of re-locating for a new job, o I need to down-size!
The fuel pump is newly installed.
This vehicle has always been used by a non-smoker, ncluding myself, o no strange odors!
The front seats show some wear, nd the seams are starting to come loose a little on the driver's side.
I removed the rear seat for added cargo space in the back, hich can hold a full-sized bicycle standing up! ( I no longer have the rear seat because I never used it ).
I replaced the front headlights with newer halogen lights, nd all the turn signal bulbs and brake lights.
The radiator was flushed out two years ago, nd a new thermostat installed.
