1996 Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR-4

Thanks looking. Up for bid I have an all-original, owner, ccident-free, moke-free, ature professional adult owned, 996 Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR-4 with all-wheel drive and all-wheel steering. Approximately 315 of these rare beasts were offered for sale in 1996 and this one has only 98,000 miles. It has been meticulously maintained by its owner and serviced at Mitsubishi dealers. Regular oil changes were performed by a local service facility. In case you didn't know, DOT here in Colorado doesn't use salt on the roadways. The car is rust free and the frame is solid. You can see in the picture of the engine compartment that the bolt heads do not even have surface rust on them. The timing belt and water pump along with associated parts was done at 58k miles. It can also be driven anywhere without worries. It has always been in a climate controlled garage when not in use. The interior is pristine with no rips or stains in the carpets or leather seats. The exterior is in great shape as well considering it has been a daily driver for this gentleman for the last 20 years. 245/40 R18 Nokian Hakkapeliitta R tires were the only choice for this discriminating owner for ultimate traction on snowy Colorado mountain roads. Subsequently, here are quite a few stone chips in the paint on the hood, enders and windshield. The wheels are nice but the chrome is peeling in spots and there's some road grime on them.This should be no big deal for the new owner considering a repaint and re-chroming of the exterior and wheels is easy compared to what it would cost to redo the interior and engine components of one that's not as nice as this. The pictures shown above were taken the other day and the car hasn't been detailed in awhile. We literally pulled it out of his garage and snapped these pictures. It truly has been well kept and polishes up nice after a good hand wash and wax. Everything on this car functions as it should and there are no issues mechanically. A new clutch was installed at 70,000 miles and a new gear box and rebuilt transmission was installed at 90,000 miles by Quality Mitsubishi in Denver. Receipts of prior work and services will be included in the sale. The original owners manual and warranty books along with the original window sticker are in the glove box. It also has 2 original keys and both original working key fobs. This vehicle is on consignment and will be sold to the winning bidder by a licensed used car dealer in Colorado. The Colorado title is clean and will be signed over to the purchaser after all payments have cleared and insurance placed. The purchaser will also receive a purchase agreement, olorado bill of sale, nd a 2 month temporary tag. The winning bidder is required to pay a $500 deposit within 48 hours of auction close. The balance will be paid by cash or cashiers check either in-person or by mail within 7 days. The vehicle runs and drives great and it is a blast to drive, owever it is being sold in "as is" condition with no warranties expressed or implied. It will not be released until all payments have cleared. The winning bidder is responsible for the additional costs of vehicle pick-up or transportation.
