The Saab 9-2x is essentially a Subaru Impreza sports wagon restyled and rebadged by Saab. All the important mechanical components are from Subaru including the engine, ransmission, ll wheel drive drivetrain, teering, rakes and suspension. Car can be serviced by any Subaru dealer or mechanic using cheap widely available Subaru parts.
Single owner...I bought this new and drove it off the lot. Low mileage for a vehicle of this age. Never had a major mechanical issue. Brand new windshield, ew thermostat, ecently replaced all 4 brakes, river's airbag just replaced for Takata recall, atalytic converted replaced in December. Passed NJ emissions inspection in January.
One minor fender-bender many years ago, dled into vehicle at stop light. Pushed in the front grill slightly if you look closely, o cracks though. Car has been parked on the street so bumpers have scrapes and scratches. Few minor dents but paint is not cracked. Could be popped out and fixed cheaply via paintless dent repair if you are so inclined.
