2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX - Low Miles - Evo 9

For sale is my 2006 Mitsubishi Evo IX with 89,3XX miles. It is currently my daily driver so the miles will increase slightly, but I have a short commute to work so it wont go up by much. The Evo speaks for itself, and the value of these cars sell for way above blue book value because of the demand for these. This one in particular needs a little TLC on the body, but is in fantastic mechanical condition. Only mods to the car are a Megan Cat Back exhaust, and a hard upper intercooler pipe with HKS Blow-Off Valve. The body has been repainted twice by previous owners before I obtained the car, I purchased it in March of this year with the intentions of bringing it completely back to stock paint color and start modifying it, but I am in need of a truck for work and cannot afford 2 vehicles. This is the reason for selling. Anyone that knows their way around these cars should have no problem restoring this to its glory, or just driving it the way it is. The trans shifts very smooth, Ive only ran Mobil 1 in it since I bought it as did the previous owner. All 4 tires were replaced with brand new Sumitomo tires from Belle Tire less than 1,000 miles ago. The interior is in great shape with the exception of 1 small cigarette burn on the driver seat, and a missing ash-tray insert. When I first bought the car in March of this year, I changed all the fluids, replaced the spark plugs with the OEM NGK plugs, and changed the engine air filter and cabin air filters. The body, like I stated earlier, needs some TLC. It has some small areas where the paint is chipped, other chipped areas where the original repaint color (green) is showing through. The door jambs are still green, even though the car was repainted white. I currently have 3M vinyl wrap on the front hood, both front fenders, and front bumper to mask some of the blemishes, and was thinking about just wrapping the whole car, but my current situation has run me out of time.
