1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse convertible

This car is in good condition cosmetically. There are no rust spots other than the 2 surface spots from the 2 small dents on the drivers side. Interior is clean. and smoke free. no pets. The top will need replaced at some point. The back window seeps in a VERY hard rain. but the seats and everything in the rear stays dry. The car has 102. 0 miles. Engine runs sound. and it has a performance cat back exhaust on it. There is an issue with the transmission. or the transmission computer. It will sometimes act like it has shifted into neutral. after a stop. The transmission computer then has to be reset to continue driving. This sometimes happens once a week. or every couple miles.
