Mechanically this Altima is under factory warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles so there is absolutely nothing to worry about mechanically.The interior and exterior received a grade of 4.4 out of 5 (4 is good condition 5 is brand new condition) from Insight inspection group. I have a picture of the listed blemishes pictured. The drivers side front wheel has a little road rash and the driver's side front fender has a small dime size dent, oth pictured. The car was just professionally detailed and looks and smells like new. The tires are at 6'32" of tread left so still in good condition. This vehicle was bought back by the manufacturer due to a "shudder at low and highway speeds". Nissan replaced the electronic fuel injection harness to resolve the issue and the car met factory specs.
