1941 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible - One of Four Hundred Built

1941 produced another record sales year for Cadillac, ales topping 66,000. This exceeding any previous year by 20,000 units and trailing rival Packard by only 7,000 cars. Of that record number, nly 400 were model 62290, he convertible sedan. This is the last year that General Motors produced a convertible sedan in any of its model lines. All 1941 Cadillac's were powered by a 346 cubic inch V8, ith increased compression, hat produced 150 horsepower. This particular Convertible has the optional 3 Speed Manual Selective Synchromesh transmission. Cadillac only made 400 of these four door convertibles.
