2006 Nissan Frontier Nismo Off-Road Extended Cab Pickup 4-Door 4.0L

Good condition. Single owner/owner maintained. The only things I can think of that don't work, eed work or aren't perfect are: 1. HVAC unit has an actuator door motor that is wearing out. It is the one that controls the fresh air/recirculate function. Clicks on start up and shut down. Called dealer. $650 repair. I have factored this into price. 2. Cover to one of the power outlets is broken. 3. Interior seats and floor mats have a little soiling and staining. 4. Exterior has a couple of areas of minor body damage due to off-roading. (Pics are accurate) and quite a bit of penstriping. Truck has been lifted 3.5" and has many off road modifications to include: Ft sway bar delete (Still have all parts), otal Chaos Upper Control Arms (literally just rebuilt them), adflo adjustable coilovers w/Eibach springs, nergy Suspensions urethane bump stops. Deaver add a leafs, RG adjustable shackles, nd upgraded Bilsteins. ShrockWorks ft bumper, r bumper, ock rails, ll skid plates and diff cover. PIAA lights, S brake lines, irestone Destination MT's LT285/45R18 to include spare. LEER Truck Topper.
Selling due to purchasing a more family friendly SUV. All maintenance is current. Runs Mobile 1 for oil, rans fluid, n the t-case, nd diffs. Brakes were redone @ 60, ew Tires @60, att is 2 yo, nd truck was just serviced. I will accept a bank check as payment and would prefer to do the sales transaction in person. I would be willing to travel a short distance to facilitate this: Phoenix or other cities in southern AZ. I will also allow the vehicle to be picked up for shipping after the check has cleared. I will gladly show or allow test drives on and off road for serious buyers.
