Never once has this vehicle seen rain; the only water it’s ever touched was from a hose and a dual-bucket hand-wash. Furthermore, his car has never slept outside of a garage a single night in its life. As the pictures will show, he surface, nterior, ngine bay and underneath of this Nismo is cleaner that the board of health and almost looks like the day it rolled off the showroom floor. I can guarantee you won’t find another 2010 in the world this clean (of any kind).

This Nismo has never been tracked or raced; has always been owned by middle-aged (yes, am middle aged and balding I’m saddened to admit) and clean CarFax without a single mechanical issue, ent or fender-bender. I am the second owner. The first owner was the General Manager of a Nissan dealership in the Cleveland area. He literally babied this car (as I have done) and never broke 4,000 RPM. He drove this car to/from the dealership in the summer just to show it off and attract attention. It truly is a virgin car.

With the exception of the dual-cone intake, ED interior and carbon fiber sport Nismo 6-speed shift knob, verything about this car is stock and pure with never having any modifications of any kind. Always serviced at local Nissan dealership.

Since I’ve owned it, t has been wrapped in satin, ifted in the air and on a trickle charger 99% of the time (see pictures). I haven’t even allowed dust to touch this car since day one. My wife said I take better care of the Nismo than my own kids (debatable). The custom satin stretch car cover in the pictures will be included with the sale. This is the highest quality and most expensive indoor car cover you can buy.

I’ve also had a professional sealant coating called Ceramic Pro 9H applied last summer by a local certified pro shop (Preferred Auto Detail in Akron). This is a $2,500 nanotechnology treatment which is applied by hand, ix times (takes a week to apply and cure) for a lifetime glass-like seal that results in a mirror finish, xtremely hard and smooth coating that road debris won't chip or scratch and dust just blows right off. After 100 miles of driving it cleans with a light pass with a California dust buster or wipe with a microfiber towel. The Ceramic Pro coating makes it like cleaning glass--rarely is water even needed (unless you just want to get intimate with her). Tires are Bridgestone Potenza S-04 and have less than 2,000 miles (no burnouts); 245/40R19 front & 285/35R19 rear. Only fueled with premium fuel, il changed at beginning and close of season regardless of the miles driven. When it's not a perfectly sunny day, he stays covered and racked.

Drives like an absolute beast, andling is sublime and exhaust note is pure heavenly. Sadly, am parting ways with this sweet whip to make room for something else. I am not a dealer, o not have a dealer's license but have sold several cars on eBay, ll with very positive experiences.
