Because we have limited storage space, e require that all vehicles be picked up within fifteen days of an auction completion. The title and car will be released only after all Banks checks, oan checks, redit unions checks and certified checks are cleared and fees have been paid.

6)EBay buyer agrees to pay a$280.00(Our dealer doc/get-ready fee of $ 230, 35 - Title fee from each transaction ...This fee is applied to our existing and future expenses which are needed for the winner of the vehicle - for registration of all federal and state documents for the car, ll local authority document, ransfer of all documents for this vehicle from our company to the buyer, xecuting vehicle title transfers, essenger's fees, otary fee's, andling all documents for this vehicle and any additional services which are needed for the winner of the vehicle, or the renaming and shipment of your title from Harrisburg with DHL / FEDEX, tc.

7)Sale is made in Pennsylvania and all Pennsylvania laws apply. Vehicle as-is and the buyer is responsible for transportation and all taxes and fees associated with registration and purchase.

8)Vehicle Title policy - In the State of Pennsylvania, itle to the vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, here are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles and all sales are through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Pennsylvania. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking.
