2007 Nissan Maxima - Leather - Sunroof - NEW front shocks and struts

Up for sale is a 2007 Nissan Maxima.
Overall the car shows and books very well. Our mechanic looked the vehicle over and made the following notes:
TEST DRIVE - preformed well during TD. shifted properly through all gears forward and back at both highway speeds and light to light driving. nothing out of the ordinary occurred.
TESTED OPTIONS - all options functioned properly and sunroof seal is intact.
MECHANICALLY
1) will need 2 front tires sooner rather than later.
2) abs module is faulting (but we will replace prior to sale/delivery if asking price is met)
3) front struts bad - WE REPLACED
4) driver side tie rod bad - WE REPLACED
5) AC needs a recharge - WE RECHARGED

You are more than welcome to come inspect the vehicle PRIOR to sale. Non-Refundable deposits are required upon winning your vehicle so please "bid" responsibly. Lastly all sales will be subject to a $100 processing and temp tag fee to release our company from legal liability. Please bring a valid id with you as we will need this for our records and to release the vehicle. We will help the buyer with shipping if needed but we are not responsible for the cost nor the vehicle once it leaves our lot.
