2010 Nissan Rouge Sl Blue 2nd owner all wheel drive located in idaho

i am selling my moms 2010 Nissan Rouge Sl for her she has had this car for about 2 years now its been a great car we have never had any issues with it besides a minor oil leak that we seem to have stopped with Lucas stop oil leak my mom doesn't like the smell of burning oil coming off the motor from it leaking, before selling this car we will have it professionally detailed but as of right now this is my moms daily drive to and from work and if she dont sell it she is planning on just keeping it for the Idaho winters, we don't salt the roads here, the rouge is over all in great shape besides a few scratches and normal wear and tear from all of the family and kids riding in it on trips please look at all the pictures closely we are selling this rouge as is besides having it professionally detailed once it is sold.
the original owners always ran Amsoil synthetic motor oil from the day this rouge was bran new and my mom has always ran Amsoil and has always faithfully changed the oil.
