Availability: We are a retail dealership and all of our vehicles are available for purchase online and at our physical location. We reserve the right to remove this listing due to on-site sales. We sell used vehicles so please consider that they have regular wear and tear on them. These are not brand new vehicles. Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Payment, Fees and Taxes:
All sales are subject to a flat $155.00 Documentary Fee, a $295 Dealer Processing Fee, a $40.75 License Fee. Virginia residents pay 4.10% sales tax, as well as registration / inspection fees. Out-of-state "Buyer's" are responsible for the payment and knowing of their taxes applicable in their state. We will work with you through the registration process and in many cases; these fees and the taxes can be added to your loan if you are financing the vehicle.4.10% Virginia State Tax based on .041 of the purchase price. Ex. A $10,000 purchase = $410 Tax.
Deposit: Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. "Buyer" has 7 days to pay Balance remaining in full. Warranty: All vehicles are being sold AS-IS unless warranty is purchased.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. We welcome a "Buyer's" Inspection. If you plan to have a "Buyer's" Inspection, please make sure to have the vehicle inspected prior to the end of the aution. Inspection fees, if any, are the ebay "Buyer's" sole responsibility. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership productivity.
Financing: We do not offer any financing through our dealership, please secure your financing before bidding.
We accept PayPal for deposit only. Balance remaining must be paid in the form of Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Bank Financing.
Finalizing Your Purchase: The eBay "Buyer" MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of winning a vehicle to place their deposit and make arrangements to complete the vehicle transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy within 24 hours of winning the vehicle, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller". If you plan on having your vehicle shipped to you, we will overnight the required paperwork to you with a return envelope for your convenience.
Shipping and Delivery: All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We are happy to assist you in finding a shipping provider for your vehicle. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected and the distance for delivery. A typical experience is 10-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the "Carrier" for an Estimated Time of Arrival to be sure. In many cases the cost of shipping your vehicle can be added to your loan if you are financing. All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Shenandoah County, Virginia. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Shenandoah County, Virginia and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Shenandoah County, Virginia.
It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations shall be Shenandoah County, Virginia.
