2003 Nissan Maxima 3.5

First the good...runs great, air blows cold, heat works great, leather and interior is in good condition, car gets driven at least 4 days a week, keyless entry with alarm, sunroof, power windows, locks, and mirrors. Body is in good shape except for minor scrapes and bruises that come with a 13 year old car. new wiper blades. most recent road trip in it was a month ago over 500 miles round trip. Its ready to be an everyday usage car. Now the bad...Has a VERY SLOW oil leak, but will make it through 3500 mile oil change intervals without falling below oil level. the starter sticks a little every so often if the car sits up for a few days but usually fires right up after 3 to 4 turns if it does happen. the center armrest is broken and just sits on top. I keep it in place with velcro. 249k miles. Power steering pump will probably need to be replaced soon because some days it feels stiff to turn until you get rolling. but i have been driving it that way for several months now and its not very distracting after you get used to the feel of it when it does happen. with continued regular maintenance, another 100k miles should be no problem for this one.
