Low mileage (less than 10k miles a year), are black exterior trim, $2k option new! (instead of the ugly aluminum), eated interior options, panorama glass roof and the reliable better MPG V6 engine. V8 Cayenne are notorious for cylinder scoring and coolant pipes exploding.
Drove it from Texas to Utah 1,300 miles in two days with no issues.
In the last two month I had all the differential fluid changed, transmission fluid changed and serviced, eplaced ignition coils for all six cylinders, eplaced spark plugs, eplaced purge valve, il and oil filter, rakes checked, eplaced cabin air filter, eplaced engine air filter, eplaced rear glass struts, eplaced rear hatch struts, ew key fob and four new Goodyear all season tires. Timing chain was done 20k miles ago.
