I'm listing this for a friend. I don't know much about it.
Here's what I was told about it.
The car has a 1969 Golden Rocket 350 engine in it.(He said they checked the numbers on the motor, nd that's how he knows that's what it is) He says it's a good strong running motor.
It has a 350 turbo multi bolt pattern transmission.(supposedly fit's any gm motor)
It has American racing rims. Will need new tires.
It does have a clean undated title. It does NOT have keys. You have to start it with pliers or something. It needs a battery.
I have a video of this car running on YouTube. Just go to YouTube and search " 1982 CUTLASS WITH 1969 GOLDEN ROCKET ENGINE FOR SALE OR TRADE"
I listed this car on Craigslist for my friend, ut every time I listed it, is phone got shut off and nobody could contact him. lol So, t is no longer for trade..he needs the cash.
If you have anymore questions about the car, can give you his contact info...or just ask me, nd I'll ask him...and get back to you ASAP.
The car itself, sn't the prettiest thing ever..but surely, he motor and transmission should be worth more than the starting bid. It DOES run and drive, ut it needs tires, o you need to bring something to haul it with.
A $500.00 NONREFUNDABLE deposit will be due 24 hours after auction is over. (paid via PayPal) The car is located in Kirbyville Missouri. (Just outside of Branson Missouri) . Buyer MUST pick the car up within 1 week of auction ending. Buyer will pay the remainder balance in cash. ( NO trying to negotiate the final price after auction is over)In another words...don't try to get it cheaper when you come and pick it up!
The car NEEDS to get off of the property. There will be a $20 per day storage fee after the one week is up. (unless other arrangements between buyer and seller are made) After the week is up and you have NOT made arrangements to pick the item up..we have the right to sell it to someone else.
All sales are final. That's why it is very important to ask any questions that you need to...and make sure you want the car before you bid.
NO returns. You bid on it..you BOUGHT IT! This car will make somebody a cool little hot rod. He only wants to sell it, ecause he needs the money badly.
The odometer reads 00182.4 which is obviously not correct.
