I obtained this car in 1974 and I have kept it pretty much as I found it. I love this car, ut it's time to let it go.
This 1956 Oldsmobile is a Super 88 Holiday coupewith 140k miles and runs like a dream. The engine was rebuilt at 100k miles. The transmission was replaced shortly after and I still have the original, long with other spare parts.
This sale also includes the owner's manual, hop manual, ales brochure and a show room poster.
The interior is completely original. The seatshave beencovered in plastic since new and I have kept the seats under plastic to protect them. The carpet is frayed and worn, ut is original. The dash, nd headliner are perfect. All the accessories work. Even the clock (sometimes).
The valuation guides set the value between $16,500 to $49,400 depending on who you look at. This is a one-of-a-kind "survivor" and is prceless, ut I'll settle for $25k.
