1970 Oldsmobile 442 455 clean NM car w30 hood

Up for auction is a 1970 Oldsmobile 442 bought new here in Albuquerque. NM and spent it's life in Santa Fe. NM. It has it's original 455 engine and only 73. 96 miles. The car is equipped with P/S. P/DB. nbsp;A/C. (currently not working but everything looks to be there) and TH400 auto trans. It was originally Azure blue but was repainted white with an original w30 hood added. The engine runs very good and trans shifts as it should. I have the original build sheet which states that it had a 3. 23 posi but it has a 3. 08 open rear in it now. The interior is the factory color blue and has new door panels. seat covers. headliner. carpet and package tray. the rest of the interior is original. The dash is not cracked. The body is in good condition for it's age. The floorpans are straight and rust free. the trunkpan is in great shape with just a few small pinholes starting. no replacement panels needed. The car has an older base/clear re-paint and is showing some wear but is still shiny and smooth. It has had minor rust repair behind both rear wheels. that's the only rust repair that I've been able to find. The car was sitting for the past few years in a garage. I changed the fluids. added fresh gas and a battery and she started right up! I have since replaced the hoses. antifreeze and accelerator pump. The car runs smooth and has lots of power. The exhaust could use new mufflers but the rest is good. The tires are BFG radial T/As and are in great shape. It's a great cruise night car. it's not a show car but a good clean driver quality low mileage 442 that looks good and is fun and comfortable to drive. The car has a lot of potential.
