Car was originally repainted in 2003 and still looks great! Car was originally red that had complete color change to black(8 out of 10 has a couple small chips painter coming this weekend to touch up) When we got the car it was a rolling chassis . A lot of these parts are hard to find for this year so there are some parts of the car that are original( chrome pieces etc) Car is LASER STRAIGHT! We completely painted the under carriage of car with Eastwood chassis black( original floors and trunk in perfect condition, small section taken to accommodate 4l60e) Completely rebuilt LS1, cam, flowmaster headers( as well as full flowmaster exhaust and fully custom h pipe ), bored out, behind it is a 4l60e transmission. Electronic computer and fuse box for ls provided by affordable fuel injection and is located under dash. Car is tuned to my liking now which is aggressive but for $300 you can get it tuned to your liking after you purchase. If you have ever done an LS swap you know how expensive it can be) New master cylinder & brake booste, radiator, electric fans, alternator, starter, everything under hood is brand new! New ls gas tank with high flow fuel pump and filter. interior: Brand new PROCAR seats, original backseat was sent to fabric shop and covered in same material and design as front. Year one provided door panels and carpet. Original dash was painted black with new dash pad(gauges do not work since its a ls swap, installed new auto meter gauges that do work) transition from 4 speed to automatic i went with different console brand new B&M shifter. Trunk was sanded and resprayed. Exterior: Chrome bumpers are 13 years old and look great, body is super straight but could use some alignment on gaps. Original posi rear end is not in car but does have a rear end out of Oldsmobile A body. Only thing car needs is a convertible top frame, new convertible top, and button for top on dash and a few odds and ends ( trunk lock, interior door handles etc. I will probably have most completed by auction end. Convertible top pump and hydraulics are still in car . I am in search of a new project and am not spending anymore time or money on this one.( convertible top frames are out there but could not find one that i liked so rather than compromise the build I decided to leave it to someone else) For someone willing to put a couple thousand more into this car for a top frame and top installed top, and a few fitment issues could be a very high dollar car.
