Up for auction is a nice 1972 Cutlass Convertible W30 442 Tribute. The car retains its numbers matching rocket 350 engine. and has a turbo 350 transmission that shifts great. The car runs. stops. and drives good. it floats down the road just like a 72 Cutlass should. The front seats have been recovered. the rear seat has not. but looks good. No rips or tears. The carpet is in great shape except for a spot under the driver side floor mat. This cannot be seen unless you lift up the mat. The dash and gauges look great. The top should be replaced as the material tore away from the back window. This could be fixed. and the top itself is in ok shape. but in my opinion its time for a new one. The car also needs new tires. I may put some on since one of the old ones just went flat on me. but people have different idea's on what looks best. If I buy them they will be white letter Cooper Cobra gt's. The floor pans are good and the trunk pan has been replaced at some point and looks good. The paint on this car looks really nice. There are some small bubbles under the paint on the driver side rear quarter that can be fixed. and there are a few small paint imperfections that you have to get right up on top of the car to see. The hood is a genuine GM steel framed ram air hood that looks great. The hood and the spoiler are what makes these cars stand out. I am sure I am forgetting some things. but please contact me with any specific questions you might have. Car located near Bellingham WA. Shipping is buyers responsibility but I will help out on this end to get the car loaded up. The car is being sold as is where is. no warranty expressed of implied. And finally. please DO NOT BID on this car if you don't have the funds ready to go. Thank you and happy bidding.
