1973 Coupe V8 Tucson Arizona Rust Free!

We have tried to do our best in representing this car - but the best thing you can do is call us!Great project car for the right person. This 1973 Ford Mustang was "refreshed" a while ago. The car does start quickly and easily and does not smoke. The brakes stop the car. the transmission shifts. reverse operates. There are no bad noises from the engine or transmission. The car has aftermarket dual exhaust from exhaust manifolds. It has an aftermarket edelbrock intake and carb. The engine runs well with no interior noises and no blue smoke. It smells and acts like it is running a little rich but it starts easily and drives away with no hesitation. The power steering is worn but operable. again no bad noises but it is a little heavy at time (could be due to the oversize tires and wheels). The tire size on the front is 225/30 x 20 and 255/35x20 on the rear. The car is being sold as it sits. we do not have any parts (ie original wheels). The tires are in good condition. The black exterior paint has faded and the car needs a little work to make it a reliable everyday driver. But. the interior is in great condition. the seats have been reupholstered in black cloth. the carpeting and headliner are also black. The materials are not the original type but the appearance is good. It appears that the dash was also repainted when the exterior of the car was painted. The dash has not been altered from stock. except to install the aftermarket AM/FM CD. There is no evidence of rust anywhere on the car. the paint that has not been exposed to the elements is still a high gloss black. The steering wheel is the original in a yellow/green avocado color. vin: 3F01F23A097The Data Plate (see attached picture) shows the car was a base car originally equipped with a 302 2v. Automatic and AC. The original type compressor is under the hood but there is no indication that it works when the interior control is moved to AC.
