1942 Fire Truck. You are getting an original Fire Truck. Included with this beauty are the rear hose and nozzle. side hose for attaching to a hydrant. The pumper is complete with tank. The original brass builder plates are located in the front area. This truck was delivered to the Army core of engineers in 1942. The builder plates offer tire inflation and shifting information. The second is the information that is normally on a builder plate. There is a Chevy 6 cylinder and a 3 speed shifter. The siren is too cool to explain. and it works! I have had the truck in an enclosed. covered area for the past 8 years. The paint and decorative pin stripes appear to be original. Little or no rust. unbelievably clean. for a 73 year old vehicle. I had a blast using it to carry the grand kids. neighbors and car show. and Santas sleigh. It runs good. Clean title.
