Very nice body on solid frame with new white interior and landau soft top. Engine runs nicely with good compression. Paint is bright metallic blue and is OK but she deserves an original color paint job. Engine bay very tidy but she should have the single Solex carb replaced by twin SU carbs for originality on this Sport Coupe. These are extremely rare cars and even rarer to find them in this good condition. She has a nicely done interior with a custom made soft top cover to match. The only issue I am aware of is that the front side windows can come loose in their tracks and I do have one new replacement window lift mechanism for this easy fix. She gets many thumbs up and attracts lots of attention at shows or when cruising. The frame and steering gear were painted and look to be in very good condition. The steering box and suspension/steering are as good as new and brakes work fine. The trafficators are new but require some adjustment to work properly. The underside of the car is also painted and looks as good as the topside. The car rides smoothly but it is heavy and relatively underpowered due to the small engine. She shifts smoothly with a nice clutch action but the engine smokes a little in common with many of her contemporaries. Because the car has been restored previously. mileage which shows 60. 50 cannot be guaranteed. If you like to get attention and enjoy classic car shows. bid on this car. You will almost never see another!I can provide more pictures and information on request. I am selling the car for the widow of my best friend who unfortunately just passed away so this car will not be a giveaway but will be sold at a fair price with a clean Florida title.
