1973 Triumph TR6--Rustfree Original Project- Great Body

This is a 1973 Triumph TR6. It is a project. It does not drive down the road now. Before I part it out into a million pieces. I thought I would see if anyone can use it the way it is . I really have no history on it. It is an unfinished project that has sat indoor stored for decades. The previous owner was starting to restore it many many years ago and then stopped. The car will need total restoration in and out. It is paint code 106 which is Mallard Blue with a 33 Trim code which is New Tan. . I think this is the original paint. And original interior. Both of which need redone. But with a body this original rustfree and nice. t will be worth it. Solid floors. ice frame. The front part of the driver's rocker has a small skim coat of bondo. The passenger front fender has a crease or 2 and needs work there. There is a rust hole under the battery tray from battery acid. The bumpers are off the car but are in pretty bad shape. We drained the fuel tank and put some fresh gas in. The car started right up and runs smoooth and nice with no smoke. The odometer shows like 29. 00 miles so I assume it is 129. 00. The clutch and brakes are down andout now from sitting so long. So they will need to be gone thru. . The TR6 had a aftermarket hardtop on it when I got it. With a big hole cut in it for a sunroof. I lost that and put a convertible top frame on it. Needs the actual top now. All around a fantastic car to work with. Doubt there are many out there as nice for the money. Solid rustfree original unmessed with body . Solid engine that runs fine. Will be a great TR6 to work with. Straight clean title ready to go. Local inspection is highly recommended. Either by you or a friend. Local pickup encouraged. I travel around the country with my truck and trailer and might be able to get it close to you for reasonable money. And arranging overseas shipping is no trouble at all.
