Description

I am looking at selling my pride and joy. I have driven many different types of sports cars. and this one by far has been the most fun. It is extremely powerfull and drives amazingly well. There has been well over $100. 00 invested into this car and it shows. The only reason I am looking at selling it is I just purchased my dream house and garage. and I would like to put some money back into the bank and finish another project. This car is well known. and has been treated very well. I had it in at the dealer last week. and it was reccommended that I replace the battery. which I went ahead and did. The paint on the car is beautiful. It shines and you constantly have people in traffic and in parking lots taking photos. The wheels are in perfect shape and the tires have good rubber on them. It is not leaking any fluids. You do have to check the oil catch canister periodically to ensure that it is drained. It has a full audio system in it with amplified JL audio high end speakers. There is a compact subwoofer hidden in the center console and it all sounds great. It also has Bluetooth audio as well. The car starts and runs amazingly. I drive it around town on the low boost setting and it gets up and goes with ease. Switch it over to the High setting with the Greddy controller on the dash and you had better hold on. In comparing this to my Procharged Corvette. it makes it look like a Fiat. It will go by just about anything you want it to. It has been taken care of. and I have not beat on it. I have avoided tickets for the past 5 years and like to keep it that way. I have also posted the build details below. I have extensive photographs of this car. please let me know if you would like more. Please feel free to call or text me at 402-320-9891 with any questions about the car. I am located in Omaha. Ne and would be happy to meet any would be buyers at the airport to pick them up. I also recently sold my Factory Five Racing GTM Supercar and the buyer had it shipped across the US. I am willing to work things out that way as well. Serial #001 - This particular Viper has a great history as it began life a Red RT/10 brand new and was shipped directly to Hennessey for a repaint to GTS Blue and a Venom 600 package. The original owner spent a nice amount of money making the changes. The car was then driven and determined it didn’t have enough power and so the install began of the Twin Turbo system. completed and installed by Sean Roe of Roe Racing. After the major power upgrade the car went to The Wizard where Chuck had his body shop paint the car Snake Skin Green with Dual Black Stripes and Black Mirrors and really good look. The car still has the Autoform front nose and the Venom Rear Wing and the paint on this car is incredible. Twin Turbo installed and fabricated by Roe Racing a very reliable and dependable name in the industry. Stage 2+ Twin Turbo Kit. Use a break-in oil additive such as Comp Cams (part # 159) when you refill the crankcase oil on this first oil change. We Always keep the oil level at the full mark and use a multi-weight oil such as Shell Rotella 15W/40The boost pressure is controlled by springs in the wastegates and an electronic controller. With electronic control off. the wastegate boost pressure will be approximately 7 PSI. With the electronic control on the low setting. the boost pressure will be approximate 10 PSI. With the electronic control on the high setting. the boost pressure will be approximately 16 PSI. Press the select button on the top left corner of the boost controller to turn the controller on or off. The SCT engine programmer has 3 settings low. mid and high. Each setting has a different ignition timing curve which will vary by 2°. The mid-program has 2° more than the low and the high has 2° more than the mid. The car has the mid-program in it for delivery and has 93 octane fuel in the tank. We recommend you always use premium fuel. For lower octane fuel. you must use the lower octane program. For high-octane fuel and race gas. you can use any of the 3 programs and it will make the most power on the high program. The low program is the safest on the engine if it is hot or the fuel is bad. and makes the least amount of power. The compression ratio on the engine is approximately 9. 5:1The spark plugs used are Bosh FR8DC. part # 7927The injectors used are made by Siemens and flow 67 pounds per hour at 55 PSIThe rings used in the engine are made to withstand the highest power level the engine can produce. They are Total Seal AP steel rings. The engine will use more oil than a stock naturally aspirated engine and it may smoke to a small degree. If they did not need to support 1. 00+ HP. a different ring package could be used which would use less oil. There are two Walbro fuel pumps in the gas tank. One is primary in the second is activated under boost. The fuse and relay for the second pump is near the battery. The fuel pressure is set at 55 PSI. There are two electric pumps that pull the oil from the Turbos any time the engine is running and immediately after shut down. The controller / timer for them is mounted underneath the dashboard on the driver side. This timer should be set to keep the pump running between 1 and 2 minutes after engine shutoff. If the car battery dies or is replaced. this timer will need to be reset. Failure of the pump system will result in excess oil overcoming the turbo seals. resulting in significant engine smoking and filling of the turbo system piping and intercooler with oil. To reset the pump timer. you must have the engine running. Press the power button once and the minute button twice. The air filters are K&N part number RC-3870. They are low. underneath the car and near the engine block. Familiarize yourself with their location. Do not drive the car into puddles deep enough to suck in water. Check and clean the air filters as part of your regular maintenance. A K&N filter service kit can be used. There is a small tank in the engine compartment that provides crankcase ventilation. When you change the engine oil. drain this tank also. There is a petcock at the base. During the first 1. 00 miles of engine break in. this canister may collect more oil than it may later. The wideband air fuel ratio gauge inside the car provides important information. At idle and cruise conditions. it is normal for the engine to be running a lean air fuel ratio. such as 14:1 to 20:1. However. when accelerating on the boost. the air fuel ratio should be below 12. 2:1. The normal air fuel ratio range in boost should be between 11. 0:1 and 12. 0:1. If the air fuel ratio is richer than this (lower than 11. 0). please let us know and we will adjust it. If the air fuel ratio is leaner than this (above 12. 2 :1). do not run the engine hard. Use a lower timing program and contact us with the air to fuel ratio results so we may adjust them for the conditions. The Turbos are 62 mm billet wheel made by Precision Turbo. The wastegate's and blowoff valves are made by TiAL. Turbo Controller Settings:;Low: Main Setting 32%. Gain 16%. Set Gain 25%. Warning 115. Warning L 5%High: Main Setting 64%. Gain 22%. Set Gain 25%.
