For sale is my 2005 Toyota Scion wheelchair accessible car with 55. 00 miles on it. I bought this Scion from a dealer in Atlanta around 2010 when it only had 5000 miles on it. It operates with no problems and the engine has been fully serviced by my local Toyota dealer since I have owned the car. It is a Braun Rampvan with a Braun power ramp that opens in back of the vehicle. There are three retractable tiedowns to secure the wheelchair. There are 2 seats in the front and space in the back for one wheelchair. The drivers seat has a power control to move backward and swing over to allow someone to transfer from a wheelchair into the front drivers seat. As my daughter is handicapped and doesn't drive we never used this feature but it works if needed. The only issues with the car are rusting around the edges on the back wheelchair door which does not cause any problems with the door operation. The rust was there when I purchased the car 5 years ago. Also some trim which is under the front tag has broken off but is not noticeable. I am selling as we are planning to get a newer model Toyota accessible Minivan. This Toyota is a great car for short trips around town. It gets small car gas mileage and is easy to park just about anywhere. Also because the ramp comes out in back of the vehicle it can be parked in a regular parking space without blocking the ramp for loading and unloading the wheelchair.
