The vehicle sustained fresh water damage. It appears that the previous owner drove through standing water which was sucked into the intake stalling the engine. We checked all of the vehicles fluids for water contamination. There were small traces of water in the engine. All of the other fluids were clean. We changed the oil and started this Altima with no issues. The interior of the vehicle was damp when it arrived to our shop. It appears that the water just got the floor wet. We replaced the carpet with carpet that was purchased new from the dealer. After installing the carpet the vehicle was ready to go. This Altima runs and drives excellent in its current condition with no issues found in the engine. transmission. suspension. cooling and/or electrical.
