TR4 Triumph 1963, Wire wheels, Overdrive, like MG Alpine TR6 TR3

I bought this car over 10 years ago as a project. it was a driver but it was very rough so here is what I did to make it into a eye turner while keeping it original. VERY SOLID CAR. looks good drives great. It has a rebuilt overdrive transmission. (5 speed) very rare and desirable addition. As is the early TR4 (1963) model with the basic seats. NOT a TR4A and more desirable. as there two axles are a problemNew windshield rubber. new doors and trunk rubberNew carpet kit and under matNew rear jump seat interior vinyl wheel covers and top cover that hangs downNew door panelsNew TopNew rear luggage rackNew front bumper and 4 new bumperettes or overriders. Back bumper is goodNew bulbs and some sockets as needed. New rebuilt TR6 4 speed and overdrive transmission installed in 2013 and has 200 miles on it. New Clutch and bearingNew rebuilt Front End. springs. shocks. bushings total job made a huge difference in handling and ride 2013New hydraulic brake and clutch 2010 Wire wheels are powder coated white in 2013New exhaust muffler installed so it really sounds off like a race car. looks like a race car and the Number can come off the doors as it is a decal. New Electronic Pertronics electronic ignition. wires. plugs starts easily and runs like a scalded cat sounds like a Ferrari. New paint in 2013. I took it down to the metal. redid any defects. replaced the ratty doors. added new "fuzzy" strips to the window. nbsp; cleaned. sanded and painted all under the hood. firewall. rear trunk. sealed under the fenders. The engine has great compression in all 4 cylinders and does not burn or use oil. Since I got the car 10 years ago. it has been a fun project. I don't think I put more than 200 Miles on the car in total. This car is reliable and a blast to drive. it gets a lot of attention and in car show it is always getting a crowd. But the real fun is driving it. This drive like a real sports car. like a TR3 as it has same frame and suspension. I have keep this car always in the garage. never goes out in the rain. I have a TR6 as well and I don't need both. This is a great car. My whole family and friends will be sorry to see it go. When you bid on this car. it is in great shape and a super car. Since this car has overdrive. it can be driven anywhere. fly and drive it home.
