The car is a 1929 Oakland but is titled as a 1931 Oakland. Thanks to the Oakland club members on there help to clarify the year of this car. As to why it is titled a 1931 is anybodies guess. I AM STATING THIS FACT SO I CAN BE AS HONEST AS I CAN BE. This 1929 Oakland is an all original car but has been repainted. (See Condition Description). Mileage is unknown but had to put a number in box. The car starts and drives but probably should be gone through. In the back seat are boxes that looks to be all miscellaneous parts that have been taken off the car. The fuel system by the carburetor has been modified to keep the car running (See Picture). It should be an easy fix to change back to original. If you Love the Oakland. we would appreciate to have someone wanting to restore it than modify it. Please send questions if you need more clarity.
